The following are the files for this release. For a description of their purpose and format, see CLDR Releases (Downloads). In terms of license, the Unicode Terms of Use apply; in particular, Exhibit 1.

This release of CLDR is an update release; the main changes were

• updates for new region codes (RS and ME for Serbia and Montenegro),
• added new Time Zone IDs
• added new language tags
• added the list of private use language & script codes that won't be used by CLDR

Version 1.4.1 was released on 2006-11-03 as a CVS-tag release; later it was decided to make it a regular release with zipped data and this release page.
